so i have a prettty nice sized closet which is painted white. i have a 48in. long fluoresent light fixture which hold 2 bulbs. i kno a little about the Kelvin scale and about the bulbs being "daylight" or "wide" and also "cool blue". I know that "cool blue" or "daylight" are best for the veggetation stage's because it gives off a arctic blue color and the "wide" bulbs are best for flowering because it gives off a reddish orange color. i only have the "daylight" bulbs right now and i just brought a plant from outside to my closet to finish indoors. if the plant has been started flowering outside with small buds beginning and i ONLY have the daylight bulb right now, is it okay that im force flowering 12hours on 12hours off with the "daylight" bulb?!? PLEASE HELP ME. sorry no camera yet.

Your biggest problem is a lack of light not the spectrum. You can flower under lights of that spectrum (not necessarily recommended), but flowering under 80w of tube flourescents isn't going to yield you much if anything. Flowering takes a lot of energy and tubes are even less efficient than cfl's. Quite simply you just need to go out and get yourself some more lights. Aim for cfl's over tubes if you can, you can get them closer to the plant and move them around with more precision. Good luck on the rest of your grow.

Try to avoid the tubes, it is almost always better to use standard cfl's, since you can aim them better and move them more easily within inches of your plant. Just get as much light in there as you can Desert is right on but especially with cfl's more is always better, penetration isn't great so get as much light on your lady as you can.

the light density of tubes is just not there. more tubes will just mean more light in more area, not really helping things.
what should i do? if im using cfl's right now, how can i get some really dank shit growing in my closet?? im renting an apartment so i cant do to much for ventilation if you kno what i mean.. no cutting into walls and things like that.. what should i get for lights and anything that will help me in harvesting my pack of soma seeds im about to order... please HELP! i am also on a lower budget.. not too bad tho.. THANK YOU!
