So I am about to embark on my first grow! I just ordered a packet of feminized AK-48 and feminized Master Kush from Nirvana today. I've done all my research I feel that the only things I have left to learn now will be from experience. However, I'm trying to go completely organic (That's the way I eat, might as well be the way I smoke), and I don't really understand what nutrients to use or how to use them. I'm going to use a loam-based organic potting soil mixed with perlite ( 50%-50% mix). I was thinking of using fox farm products for nutrients, but which one is organic? Also, which one do I use in vegetation and which one during flowering? Or does it not change? I'm looking for (no surprise here) quality as well as quantity, for the purpose is high-quality commercial bud. If anyone can give me advice or pointers it would be much appreciated. Thanks!!

you'll love the AK48. Never grown the MK though.. so I dunno about that one.
But the AK48.. yeah... you'll love the smell/taste/look of it. Amazing strain.. and the buds are fucking DENSE!!
Good choice on that one.. for sure.
I've actually got my last AK48 growing right now.. she's in the sexing cycle though. Should be spitting her pistils out any day now since she's been in 12/12 for 6 days now.

As I recall the only organic soluble nutrient supplement by Fox Farms is Grow Big. They make claims of other products being compatible with organics; whatever that's supposed to mean when using chemicals......

I don't know how much room you have or the amount of time you have to spend on your grows but congrats on your decision. If you have a few extra square feet I would suggest starting a compost pile, this is easy to make and maintain, also much better than anything you can buy from a store. The added benefit of making your own is the easy of adjusting the ingredients so that it contains the things you need for your grow in the amounts you want. You can spend untold hundreds of dollars or Euros on store bought products and always wonder what is in there and what products are there you don't want in an organic grow.
If you have the time take a trip to a local farm and get some manure for your compost and for making teas to water with. Composting your veggie scraps for the compost pile and also for making teas. The idea of organics as you probably know since you say you eat organically is to be able to sustain your soil naturally, the soil is what you are trying to use to grow your plant and building your soil is the key, IMHO.

a good way to do your nutrients is to use compost tea
you will need pantyhose (your tea bag essentially)
5 gallon bucket
airpump and airstones
jamaican and peruvian batguano
compost
earthworm casting's
bonemeal(bloom)
kelp
unsulphered molasses
you mix in everything inside your teabag(pantyhose)place in bucket, take airstones place in bucket, pour in distilled water, turn on pump, wait 24 hours, dilute tea
1/2 tea 1/2 water, pour on plants, id suggest a bit more research my example is very very very general.

Be cautious about using aquarium airstones in AACT brewing as they're extremely difficult to properly clean. When not thoroughly cleaned they harbor anaerobic bacteria (bad guys) which are detrimental to grow mediums. PVC with holes drilled in it is the air disperser preferred by large scale commercial agricultural entities, vendors of personal AACT brewers and knowledgeable DIYers. The pieces of PVC are not glued together so the disperser can be properly cleaned.
With air pumps, an aeration rate of .4 cubic feet of air per minute per gallon is considered minimum for maximum microbe generation from the brew components. For a four gallon brew in a five gallon bucket that requires an air pump that generates ~60lpm (liters per minute) of air.
