Yeah it takes me about 2ml of pH up for every 5ml of Tiger Bloom. That's even starting with dechlorinated tap water with a pH of 7.6.
 
Are you reading the PPFD from 1 cm from the diode or at the canopy of the plant? Fuck Fox Farms and Tiger bloom trash. Maxibloom is road salt.
