AY BARKEEP! Git me a Whiskey Sour and a leg of lamb!! (fully aware..)
Sorry Dude. This is not a bar and grill. This is a coffee shop.

And this is a vegetarian establishment. I would much rather have a live lamb in here than a dead one.

Many non-vegetarians come here to enjoy the excellent smoke, the unsurpassed camaraderie, the great coffee, and the awesome vegetarian dishes.

The regulars understand this and are quite content to suspend their meat consumption while here.

If you object, you are welcome to take your business elsewhere.

I suggest you go down to the Viking Slop-N-Shoot down the street.

Thank you and have a nice day.

I'm not a veggie hurler, but I have made the adjustment. Slide me down a cup of Joe, and a pre rolled blunt please.

I'll hit the table bong while I wait...

In a previous life I knew a dealer/distributor who owned several fireworks stands.

As I understood it at the time, that's how he laundered his profits. He made out quite well as I recall.

His regular customers learned to stock up before Independence Day and the New Year because he suspended his illegal activities temporarily in order to run the stands.

Ah yes, laundering money into a legit business is quite important. Now I jst need to find one. Perhaps a micro brewery

The key to laundering money from a criminal enterprise, as I understand it, is to focus on a cash-only business. Cash transactions are difficult to monitor. I always thought a laundromat would be a perfect front for a criminal enterprise. A barber shop would work, too.

A brew pub might work out, though. Vito Corleone had an olive oil import business as a front company, after all.

Good luck.

Like L.L. Bean, we never close.

Okay, I closed the shop once or twice in the past. But even L.L. Bean closed when Mr. Bean died.

There's always somebody you know at JohnnyO's.

Sorry to hear about ur loss.

Good thing for you stoners don't keep track of time well.
No tragedy. Previous closings were all shenanigans-related. :eyesmoke:

I only brought it up because a member who will go unnamed asked me when I planned to re-open.

We've been open this whole time.

That is all.

Well, let's hope the coffee is freshly brewed. Black with a side order of hash plz....
You better know it's fresh.

You want those hash browns all the way? Smothered with onions, covered with cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, and peppers?

Damn, that sounds really good.
