I really don't care one way or another but it's getting really annoying to keep getting attacked with negative reps and bullshit on the same old issues day after day.

Am I the only one who has a problem with this person? Some people should be slapped down for abusing other people on here repeatedly.

Negative reps isn't a way to taunt and torment people with different political views. Someone who does such things should be taught a lesson.

What I'm saying is I could care less about the reps, you are right he could never make any dent anyway if I did care about them.

I'm bothered by the constant taunting and abuse of the system.

JohnnyO paid for an elite membership. One of the perks of that membership is being able to neg rep people. I don't really see any problem with him neg repping you, unless he's personally attacking you with his reps.

Because personal attacks aren't allowed on the forum, I would agree that it would be wrong for him to do it through neg reps.

But if he's neg repping you and leaving comments that are NOT attacks...then I don't really see a problem with it. I mean the system is set up so he can't just neg rep you one after the other, he HAS to rep other people in between.

He's not telling the whole story either.

We we're having a rapid fire discussion. He backed-edited a post, adding a whole new paragraph, while I was composing the rebuttal. My rebuttal and his edit posted at the very same time.

I called him on it and he threw a hissy fit. Accused me of all sorts of things.

I'm just sorting it all out my own way and he's feeling a little put upon.

Now that that's been established, I think this thread should just be deleted, because it's only going to cause drama. This thread is basically a personal attack.

OregonMeds, if you really do feel that JohnnyO is harassing you, you should PM a mod with the harassing reps, and if they think the reps are out of line I'm sure they'll handle it.

You are speaking from a position of assumption and ignorance.

In other words, you have no idea what you are talking about.

The reps have nothing to do with ideology and everything to do with false accusations and a 'fuck you' or two. As I stated previously, he earned them.

Our dispute started out in public. I made it private. He chose to make it public once again.

Say what you like it was a really stupid argument even the way you explain it johnny so why days later do you keep coming back to me with neg reps on the same thing? I ignored you and just let them slide but now it's more than 3 days later and you keep on doing it.

It's like being stalked.
