I don't think there is a time limit. I would send him an email...he seems pretty accessible. I think the idea was to get as many people to file before the deadline, but I can't think of any reason why once the rules do change, that you still couldn't file for those costs. But I'm not touching a thing until the SC rules. I am definitely pissed but I would be more pissed if I got rid of my grow box to find out I'd been grandfathered. I found a management consulting place on a google ad that said HC values 1kg @ 10k. But the HC website clearly states that there may be costs incurred by patients but not LP's. Democracy eh?Wish I had of known of Turmel sooner. I wouldve hired him to file mine for me. I dont understand legal jargon at all. Is it too late to get in on this? Tearing it all down anyways so might as well sue the pricks. Im not some of the bigger guys but easily can come up with $80000 with Turmels figures that I am losing as a result of this.
With Turmel's kit it only costs TWO dollars to file in federal court. Any marijuana related actions filed right now are stayed until Conroy's case is heard on the 18th. Don't wait, Download the kit from John, watch his entertaining video, and file YOUR challenge, for $2 filing fee. From what I gather, once the non-Conroy claims proceed, they want to do a Canada wide phone call with all the similar plaintiffs at once.
There is no deadline, though I suggest being filed BEFORE March 18, in case Conroy doesn't strike down prohibition all together! There's another guy out there that tried to charge me $2k for this same info.
Try it, you just might get a Section 56 Exemption!
