damn no comments today??
All your girls look good but the last looks a little sad, maybe needs a little more water than the others or less? Hard to say from here. My Neville's gets sad everyday when the sun goes down and once the sun pops up she starts to smile again.

i am worried about her because the pot is so small, do anybody think it will be root bound really bad?

Nice looking plants. I'm in SD as well. Did you check out the local muni code they enacted? http://docs.sandiego.gov/municode/MuniCodeChapter04/Ch04Art02Division13.pdf

It makes me nervous about having my one plant on my balcony. Either way, it would be a violation of a local muni code, rather than a felony. It's legality/enforceability is somewhat questionable.

We're getting some warmer weather the next few days and I've noticed I've had to water more frequently. I'm thinking my plant should grow quite a bit over the next week. Best of luck!

anybody else comments?
It's still a grey area but if you have your rec. the D.A. will not pursue the case and then they will owe you the amount your plants were valued to you. It happened to a friend here in Long Beach and the ended up settling out of court for 5000.00 and the plant they killed would have only yielded only about 2 ounces but they figured in his time invested and money invested so I say keep up the fight.
