What up first time poster here at roll it up, was elsewhere but felt the forum wasn't my style nor the info there .
So here we go i have been growing only just about 2 years have pull'd bumper crop's indoor and had a great outdoor run for 2012
Start'd with just 2 600's now i have 6 with alot of fairly new equipment i was able to acquire from outdoor recovery. I have somewhat a grasp on thing's but there is alway's some hick up's .
Let's show you all what i have line'd up what i use why and how i do it . This thread will run a 8x8 flower room 1 and a 3x8 flower room 2 also we have a 5 x4 veg box for baby's .
I pull every 5 week's to keep thing's moving ,grow in dirt ocean forest ,2gal bag's, 20 per 1200 watt's GH 3 part here we go
6x600's air cool'd 8x8 run's 4 hood's,2400watt's 1 8'' exhaust ,passive intake 8'' scrub
flower number 2 runs 3x8 with 2 old school 6'' super sun hood's 1200 watt 6 '' exhaust passive intake room's are 5 week's apart for the perpetual action .Here is the room hope you guy's and gal's like it .
Im open to any comment's good or bad i do have question's and will answer one's i know . I hope to gain a wealth of knowledge here and possible rid of my current issue's in flower witch seem to repeat themselves .

inside flower #1 above last photo is same grow a week later. This journal will pick up from here on this room today is day 5 wk 5 flower room 1
Strain's in this room are SFV OGK ,MANGO KUSH,NY DIESEL ,NORTHERN LIGHT'S BLUEBERRY,TAHOE OGK ,GDP,GREEN CRACK,(ANIMAL COOKIE'S) gsc trash do not grow herm's i toss'd all clone's last night hopefully flower 1 will b safe .
Sure would be nice for vendor to notify grower of shitty unstable strain pop's seed's pretty bad o well live n learn pulling off bean's daily to make it through grow .LAMF at club's fake cookie's at that o yea cherry pie my ass .

Here is flower room #2 not much to look at but everything is clean. i like doing the clean out's ,make's a room pop . Like the seed's in flower room 1 haa . the size is 3x8 but use 3x6 of space really day 5 wk 1 on this room girl's are
MK,TAHOE,SFV,GDP MIX GROW .. i like different flava so multi strain grow a must plus i get to mess with different strain's by the hand full vs waiting for each grow and running 1 strain . Id be burnt out after 1 wk of same product .

Just some eye candy from older grow's to show what can produce not the biggest bud's you will ever see but i got the frosty part down last crop SFV OG KUSH pure fire take a look

Yes i do use ocean forest but be warn'd major compaction issue's . So to counter that i run third's 1/3 FFOF 1/3 root's organic orig 1/3 perlite #4 or #3

Just got photo's last night day 1 wk 6 room #1 and the smaller 3x8 #2 shot's

Nice grow man, you probley loving running 6 600s instead of two now hah.
And I also used to use ocean forest now I'm just all roots organics love how airy that stuff is.

Oo yeah if this is at a residential place do you trip your breakers a lot or did you have a electrician come in and build a designated box?

I ran all my power from a dedicated 30 amp breaker . From the breaker it's a simple 10/2 2 hot's and a ground wire, run's from breaker up wall and connect's to a mlc 4 light controller .Able to run 4 ballast 8 hood's
I also ran 2 dedicated 15 amp service outlet's to power the fan's pump's ext . The 6 600's is sweet but boy the bill go's up quick for power at 300 a month now with house .I have never once trip'd a breaker zero heat build up in power wire's ect .
The root's is a great soil thing is when switching from FFOF to it notice how the root's will feed for like maybe 2 week's vs FFOF 30 day's no problem beside compaction root's is nice and airy though i just hope the addition of some FFOF in there will aid in a bit longer soil feed vs bottle'd thank's for checking it out

Oo damn yeah so kinda lots of electrical work I'm about to be renting and can't get around that I'm just going to run 2 600s on different circuits for a little until I can get a legit spot.
And oo yeah 300 a month and all the other stuff that is definently going to start adding up into the start up cost.
but the harvest will be well worth it.
ooo yeah ago mixing the sols is perfect then I'll try it that sounds like a good blend then.
