autos are looking great James - I grow in similar sized pots & never had to transplant but I guess every grow is different. hope you enjoyed the 'dam, it's the best goddam city on the planet!
Hi georgiamain!

Thanks yeah gonna put the WW into a 7.5 litre pot (1.6 gallon) when it arrives. The two autos i kind of transplanted them back into their original pots....just added more soil! In the next pictures i take you will see that the pots now have the soil right up to the top of the rim! Should be better and hopefully they are not to disrupted!

to be honest, my plants are on day 13 now and look pretty much the same as yours (lowryders) They just looked more leafy in your pics, but if I count them they are the same. Good to know that my plants are doing well!
yo should be getting signs of female in the next 5-7 days from the last pic....
and btw, funny how you call your pakistan ryder a "paki" hahaha

ok everyone. I know i talked about it earlier...i am of course referring to the lack of space in the tiny closet where all three plants were!

Well they have been moved! They are now in a much bigger closet with adequate space for all 3 of them! This will be shown in next set of photos!

I am also keen to buy another hanging light....a 200w red cfl (or might just go for another 300w dual spectrum) so that two more auto plants can be added to the closet of green!

Hey mate
I managed to take some pictures.
My plants are on day 16 and I don't know if they are progressing at adequate speed. what do you think?
BTW the blue cups with weird stuff in is yeast water and sugar for additional CO2. I dont know if it works but it doesnt harm at least

whatever you say mate

HEY CANNA! I am really sorry...please take no offence to the previous comment i wrote to you! Friend was checking out my page while i was gone and decided to have a childish rant!

Peace bro!

btw....your pictures do perhaps look underdevelped. I am assuming they are all autos. If they are on day 16 there is no way that after another 15 days they will be as big as mine. However, look back at my photos with given days and compare on X day. Best thing i can think of! i guess whats most important is that if they are undeveloped then what to do? Unfortuantely i dont have so much experience with slow growth so maybe ask someone who does.

My plants are beginning to smile quite nicely now and the smell seems to be acummulating slowely for now at least. However, it can be clearly seen already where the autos are planning on budding up! Getting that frosty feeling lol!

Hope this helps!

awww im jealous!
Well I think I have been doing everything right... I just havent checked pH or temp or humidity...I just try to follow what the plants tell me and for now what they are saying is "we are green, we are fine, let us grow at our own rate!" They havent showed any sign of unhealthiness at all... and I do nute them! It certainly cant be the lights because I have 325w in total between HPS and CFL!
I just suppose different plants, different phenoes, different heights and growth rates.

i just put the WW into the 7.5 litre pot. It is much much bigger than the old one...ran out of soil to! lol!

The plant itself does not look great though...leaves are drooping etc! gave it a good watering and hopefully now over a few days it will shape up.

The two autos look good and their budding sites become clearer and clearer each and every day! exciting!

also why oh why does my lowryder require so much water? i watered it yesterday and again today the sil is completely bone dry! anyone with thoughts?

love this thread! i am going to be growing some purple ryders soon. I hope the light i ordered is going to be enough. i have a 2ft 8 bulb T5 high output grow light ordered. any idea how far away i should keep this light? I hope my plants look as good as yours do when i start growing them!i am starting them all out in 8" pots from wally world. I am hoping that they will be big enough for a good grow. I was going to try to grow 3 to 4 plants under my light. i am putting them in a cabinet i am building with a passive air intake and a carbon filter with a 4" inline fan to keep the smell down. when i get it all together i will try to post some pics for everyone

My only thought is that it is really healthy and growing like mad? Doesn't sound like a problem, unless it's exhibiting some kind of ailment.

Same thing happens to me....I watered this morning and came back now at 8pm and the soil is dry on both plants. I suspect the heat evaporates the water from the ground and from the plant itself, and therefore the plant is perpetually sucking water to it's dryer, evaporated areas.

I water every day, but my two plants share a pint bottle, sometimes more. I water at the base of the plant and the dish underneath so the soil sucks it up.
good luck mate!

I have mine in coco & I was watering my Lowryder 2's 3-4 times a day, they sure have a big thirst for such stout plants, that became a bit of a chore so I put them both in my Autopot system & they are drinking just over 2 litres each every 24 hours.. I have updated pics from a couple of days ago in my Journal if you guys want to compare..

Any updates James??.. what's a gwan?

Thanks Ed for the info about watering your lowryders. very helpful!
Pic updates are hopefully coming later on today!

Now that my two autos are really starting to get on with their flowering I am thinking about which autos to do next? In the next couple of weeks I am going to have 3 more autos and a new light 300w dual spectrum cfl.
Which autoflowering strains do people recommend? Would appreciate some recommendations based on potency and yield. Hoping for autos that yield around 30-50g's and are quite seriously strong!

I chose autoflowers because unfortunately i simply cannot find the space for outrageous sized monsters currently! Please keep this in mind.

Hi mate, I'm just on my way out.. got your PM so I will answer that later for you.. I have just purchased 3 x Diesel Ryder from The Joint Doctor via Pick N Mix Seeds they are nice & short (Lowyder 2 x NYC Diesel) and have 17-20% THC so good & strong.. A lot of the other 'Autoflowering' strains by other companies are less stable & grow taller from the research I have done.. Best sticking with Joint Doctor for now if space is a issue.. that said, Low Life Seeds maybe worth a look at though (Joint Doctor's Easy Ryder is also a great strain to grow) but I cannot find any seeds online in the UK.. all sold out.. must be very popular

Thanks ED! Yeah i know someone who is trying a lowlife grow lol! 1x auto lemon skunk, 1x auto blueberry and 1x blue mystic.

I was thinking maybe the auto white russian or white moscow. Apparently this samsara on herbies new auto-flowering website yields 40-70g a plant!!!! Your reckon this is true ED and do you reckon the potency is very high on seeds that make these outrageous claims for £20 for 3 feminised? anyway, here is the link:

Hopefully you wil enjoy these pics too! Sorry for the delay and lack of order to the pics! Got to admit it, i am getting lazy with this whole picture thing! Oh well what can i say, here they are! ALL PLANTS ARE NOW FLOWERING!
