Jail Gets a Bad Rap

And a lot of people don't know this, but Jail and the Law are deeply intertwined. For example, Segregatiom actually exists in jail, a and there are things in US law that say things like, there shall be no segregation, except in the purpose of jail and prison disciplinary action, and things like that. In some places it's called the SHU Segregated House Unit, in some placed it's called Ag-Seg. There are also SegregatedGAng units for Ex Gang memebrs,
And both the Gangs and the Institutions are going about this all wrong. The Gang members are not breaking the law, the Gang members are Pursuing the Constitution and a Better Life. Each Gang has a Constitution that they liveby. They Bear arms, because that's just how shit is where they live..
I lived in GouldsFlorida. There was a Highway/Bridge dividing East and West. The west side is where shit went down, and the East side was a bunch of white people and it would be all ok and everyone of every background would be around and everything would be ok. But then at night, if you were white, and you crossed from the East to the West side side without a reason or a weapn, you wo;; ne sto[[ed by som random dude, maybe walking or ona bike, or in a group of 2-3-4-7-10 and tell you what they fuck you need to do, Unless someone knows you or something.
I saw some 30 inch rims over there, we used to get bud over there. I was with a friend and we were car jacked. We went to a warehouse where they had an illegal bar out of the back where the garage port was. They invited us to a barbecue at a blue moon but the Mexican I lived with thought they were going to eat us. The guys we hung out with were all Jamaican.

Check it out. These court cases are Citation, but the more you read of the the better. Know the law better than a Cop.
1. Miranda V Arizona, when a cop says to you (and I am doing this from memory "You have the right to remain silent, anything you say or do can be used against you in a court of law. You have an right to an attorney, if you can not afford one, you will be appointed to you." they are reading not all of your rights, but all of these rights. And these rights may seem simple on their face (silence, attorney), but they mea more than it sounds like it means. Miranda V Arizona is an entire court case, where a mentally handicapped peron was alleged to have commit various murders. And he denied the murders something like 7 yimes. But then the 8th time he was coerced in to admitted that he had done it. But the court rejected this as evidence as he did not give the testimony of his own free volition. This is why you now have the right to remain silence, anything you say or do can be used against you in a court of law, and you have a right to an attorney, if you can not afford one one will be appointed to you.
And that is just 1 of hundreds if not thousands of court cases.
Another big one is Bivens, which falls along the "Fruit of the Poisonous Tree Doctrine". This rule has existed since before the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) and the DEA or FDA, when there was the Federal Bureau of Narcotics. There was a case called 6 Unknown agents that just searched a man named Bivens, knowing they would find some Heroine but with no real evidence or warrant. So they searched him and were like "Oh, look what we found". But the court rued that that is against /Bivens 4th Amendment and that any evidence gathered illegally is illegal. This is how most evidence is suppressed in a trial.
Soldal V Cook County or Jardines V Florida explan that Property and House do not ust mean within the confines of your house, the include side gardens or fenced in areas and say that they can not come peek in windows to look for Marijuana plants, etc.

I was actually treated pretty well during my stay. there was a situation once where a bunky stole a lot of my shit while I was at court and the gang of muslims who ran the unit where I was, found out about it and had to deal with him bc he was a part of their group. the thief was coming out of the shower when nine or ten of the group cornered him and gave him what for...
I didn't feel any better for that but dude wouldn't even look at me after that incident and he had to be transfered for his safety. jail house justice. ppl liked me mostly bc I drew portraits for $4 so I had a skill that was in demand.
I played a lot of chess and was schooled by guys with no real formal education on how to play checkers. those guys take that shit seriously.
I thought checkers was a childs game. who knew? I still don't know how to play spades.

Here is the best way to start a revolution in America. Talk to a bunch of people who are in jail short time (1day-2months) with like 10-30 people who are already on the outside. If you can support them by putting money on their books, or even writing letters, then you can build something. Then when they get out support them, but not like with half way houses and houses for the homeless, almost more like a trap house. Like get shit done there. Political campaigns, handing out literature on the corner, educating newcomers to the cause through orientation and courses. Sharing the literature of Malcolm X, Gandhi, Margus garvey, Martin Luther King, Che Guevara, Abbie Hoffman, etc etc etc. Then have those people write more people and,those people write more people and those people write more people. Then expand to colleges.
Then educate them to their freedom of Religion, their Right to Bear arms, their Right to peaceably assemble, their Right to Protest, their Right to Free Speech, their Right to Create a New Government if the Government does not represent them.

I think someone has lost their mind lmao. I've been to jail a few times I've also sat in prison for over a year. And I can tell you I have absolutely no clue what jail you were in where people are just oh so nice and trust worthy that you would put money on their books or offer 20 ppl a fucking home but ain't no way in hell id put them ppl in a home. Are you sure you weren't in a psych ward? Jail and prison is every man for them self . You might get lucky and meet a hand full of people that are cool but even then you can't trust anyone. Jail is full of snakes con artists thieves jack asses and people that don't grow up. Go ahead and bail someone out that you just met and when they skip on court that's coming back on you because you signed you name to that bondsman. Lol yeah jails full of loving caring people as long as your doing something for them. Fucking sound like a Jun bug if you ask me lol
