another monday

take a look at my babies, one week after the last photo update



Already some amber and some brown trichomes, but mostly just turning milky. Once more the UVB light shows what a difference it makes in the maturing process.

Seeing those brown bulb heads makes me want to chop, but we're still 2 weeks off from the estimated date of harvest... I'll wait it out. hopefully I don't loose too much potency, and gain some density packing in the buds.

Everything is swelling nicely.

Once again I fucked up the PH regulation and they showed me that today. But I watered them just now and took special care, so it shouldn't be bad.


Can't wait to cut these beauties down!!

I was just in the tent right now "zenning" out for a bit, and noticed this extra long and fat calyx. Could this be a kind of foxtail?
I kinda love it =P

I'm excited about my outdoor grow too, but at the same time I'm super nervous. I hope I can get to harvest without any problems.

Yeah man! And it's starting to happen all over my DoG plant! It's quite odd, but beautiful!

Turning cloudy with a chance of amber...



I've been overthinking my harvest date, and am always stressing that I might be pushing the cloudy/amber/brown threshold. Apparently everything is still nice and fresh.
Some parts of the plant do have some browning trichomes, and perhaps that'll make for a more bodily effect than expected, but there's still plenty of them that have still to become cloudy. So I'll keep on schedule.


Also... cat hairs EVERYWHERE xD

LOL, I joined a bro at his sisters place, to make some ice hash.

SO many cats. I had hair in my product. LOL

These are definitely the biggest single-stick colas I've ever grown. The coveted donkey dick buds. haha

I've washed the reservoirs with my shower head until the water came out nice and clear. Then I toped it up with PH adjusted plain water + Final Solution. I'll be doing this for the remainder of the final week!

Hope it flushes out all the extra stuff we don't need in there.

HARVEST DAY!!!

They where thoroughly flushed 2 weeks ago. Then plain water and Final Solution until 5 days ago. They have been waterless since then, so today everything was looking pretty dry!
Also a lot of deficiency symptoms set in, so that tells me the plants tried pulling the nutes they needed from the leafs. Hopefully the flush worked well =)



Nice looking manifolds right? How about that freaky 7 head hydra from the same node level? Crazy!

Good root balls, consistent, tight, and hugging the whole perlite reservoir. They fell out of the pots as solid perlite blocks! haha

I love harvesting. Specially at this small scale. It doesn't get the chance to get boring or laborious! haha

Now I've left some fans moving air inside the tent, and the extraction fan going. Some 8 or 10 days later we should have dry snapping stems!
Cant wait to test out a nice bud for a change!!!

Wondering about weight... If I get 50g I'll be happy, but I'd love to get more. Last time was 110g

Anyway, now we have to keep playing the waiting game!
