I'm doing another 3 pot hydro and I may try mainlining and do a journal. I hope you'll be around for questions now an again. I bought the whole line of general hydro nutes and additives too..the stuff cost way too much but I want to really up the quality this time just to see what the different is compared to just using bloom and micro lucas formula.

Guess who's back!!

Hope everyone is well and happy from the holiday season!

Right now I have before me my next generation project. I'm going to germinate today and sex early, weed out the males, and grow out some 4 top mainliners.

Glad you guys are still around! Pull up a chair!

Let the games begin!!

awesome man!!

You will love the PK...I had the "musty" phenotype, and was very happy with it. Was a 9 week on the dot strain, yielded excellent, and tasted of nutter butters. Ill see if I can find any pics of her.

how did she smoke? The musty one is a trip for sure...I miss her. One of the best "quick" sativas I have run. Although that grow had fubar in to, which stole the spotlight.
 
So, so far the 2 Deep Blues have sprouted a little tail, and are now in some perlite micro-hempys for seedling phase.

I've opted for the simple seed-in-water germination technique this time around, but so far it's been 3 days and none of the others are showing signs of life...

Is there a probability that I may "DROWN" them?? lack of oxygen? Should I have gone with the paper towel method? Or do I wait it out and they will eventually pop?
 
Well, I'm sad... I've fucked up.

After going through the germination process 2 times now, I've managed to kill 7 perfectly good seeds...

They crack open, sprout a tap root. I transfer them to little perlite cups, they pop through the top. Then they fall over and die.

So far, from all of them, I managed to sprout this one...

It's a Deep Blue, regular. Very faint green. And so far it's all that I have to work with...

I'm feeling rather shitty.
 
Mate, just get some jiffy plugs. Would those not work in hempy? So easy, you soak them in water, ring them out, pop in the seed and a few days later you have a nice little plant with roots and everything.

Also... I have a few extra seeds these days if you need anything
 
Very cool Jig.

That is "damping off" Jad.....not well understood and impossible to recover from.

I believe that it is typically a fungal attack and stops fluid flow, and thereby turgidity.

Jig and Pap laid it down. I do leave mine in paper until they crack.

Yep, that was my thought too. I've seen it more in cooler temperatures when the media stayed too wet.
