Jacks support line

I have had a few q’s for the support staff at Jacks (aka JR Peters) and after multiple attempts at reaching out to them, I have given up. Has anyone else experienced the same???

Never reached out 2 them. I heard their support was top notch tho and they have so much info on their site I'm surprised u need to reach out to them. I use jacks tho, maybe I can help.

I've called them several times and they were always very helpful..

i had the daughter of the owners (herself a PHD) answer a few of my emails.

I finally got a call back. Lauren was very helpful. After numerous calls and running around their menu’s , I left a voice message and promptly got a call back. For over 6 months and dozens of calls to re-order product , I found a cheaper option of buying product. I bought from Amazon and saved $90 shipping.
