Jack Flash and mystery in Ebb and Flow

First time for me trying this. So far it has been a blast. 4 Jack flash plants and two randomly selected bud seeds, could be dank, could be the worst dirt ever, no idea. The Jack Flash is solid though, and I really liked the way it smoked, great taste and nice high.

Oldest plant is 2 weeks today, one is 9 days, then the Jack Flash is all 6 days old. The largest bag seed plant is growing great, however some of the leaves look very mutated. System is Ebb and Flow, plants started in a general hydroponics rainforest unit and I am using GH nutes.

Lights are 400w MH, 250w HPS and 2 75w CFL. I am running 24 light now, and flooding the bed every three hours. I feel like it may be too often, but the hydroton drys quickly, a digital timer will be me more options. Running one fan and an air stone now. Really having fun with it all, hope you enjoy, comment as you will!

Man do I hope so :) I think I am going to try the MH all the way as well. I will only replace it with another 250w HPS if they start getting too tall.

Looking for suggestions on some root builder and methods to keep these guys low. The Jack Flash looks to be a taller plant, but my focus on this grow is to max these plants out while keeping them medium to short. 800w over 50,000 lumens for max of 6 plants should get the job done... I hope. Just light one :joint:

Redid the walls today in this woven reflective mat from my local hydro store. Much better reflectivity. Picked up some samples today that should be fun to test out later. Ph is looking really good and I can't wait to get these things really up in size!

Yes, I will be using the HCO's to test a few different options, looks to be interesting stuff. I will post pics tonight, but they just officially took off for me, looking amazing! They are on 20 min 6 times a day and seem to like it. Pics soon, grilling pork chops and smoking down right now.

Installed some nice 10in duct to a vent out of the room today! REALLY lowered my temps. I will be continuing with the GH nutes for the water. I will start using the humboldts via foliar feeding once flowering, see how it does. They are staying very short and wide which is great!

Well today I picked up some root juice, roots are looking good, but it is supposed to help keep my plants a bit shorter. That along with the bushmaster should keep them just the right height. I just came home a little early today from the office sick and checked on them, they seem to be liking those lower temps :joint:

Spearmint and jalapeño. HOLY SHIT update, well I was having a few slight heat problems. Tipping into high 80's sometimes, no burn and the plants look really strong.

So last night I decide I to pull the 250w HPS and run only the 400W MH, help the cooling. Well it helped! Temp is now down to just a spot below 80 with lights on. Checked this morning, not much change, theennnnn... I came home today! Holy crap, at least an inch out of each plant, not to mention the girth! The heat must have made a huge deal!
