I keep my grow area controlled during veg and flower.
Veg - I like to keep my temps right at 78`F with humidity right at 75%.
Flower - Keep the temps controlled at 70`F and humidity right at 55%
During the veg cycles, its fine to have higher temps and higher humidity levels.. in fact most people prefer it this way.. as I do. Why? Well, its mainly because the higher humidity levels during the veg cycle help promote more foliage growth.. and healthier foliage all together which can and does help build up foliage growth and density.. which in return brings the plant out to be more bushy and full (dense). Too high humidity levels at any of the cycles (veg or flowering) is bad.. because too much moisture promotes mold and other bacteria growth. Especially during flowering! During flowering, its very important to try and get the humidity levels at least down around 55%.. even 60% is alright for flowering too. I know this from personal experience... until I found a way to lower the humidity levels down.. I was dealing with 65 to 70%% humidity levels at all times. It never caused any problems.. but.. I still needed a way to lower it to at least 50% if not 40%. Anything higher than the 60% humidity.. and your likely to have problems. I say 60%.. but 65% would probably be the MAX % of humidity, before you would actually be inviting mold to and or other bacteria growth to form.
Anyhow, that's my 2cents on the subject..
