I hope I don't come off as a dick but you can only blame yourself for dealing with a drunken idiot. In any case, anytime you committee a crime (no matter how stupid these laws may be) you risk the fact you may be caught. Thats just life.

Yup hindsite is 20/20. I woulda/shoulda/coulda... oh well. I'm hearing its not a huge deal as far as jail goes and we move in to our new place on Friday and I start my new job tomorrow. So things are looking up.
