Even if they did win awards doesn't mean it's the same strain.
It really is pretty smart marketing and I can see it being true.

I heard that they have the real chemdog but will only be releasing the chemdog as fem seed stock because they selfed a couple of clones that they got.---the breeder that has the chemdog line has worked really hard to stabilize the strain. I hope they don't mess it up...

lmao, its funny cause its still not released, unbelievable. And ive already seen pictures, countless of them, from the greenhouse crop inside theyre grows, and ive seenevery phenotype from chem there ever was and could distinctively tell you which one was which, and i can guarantee you that they're "chemdog", is Chemdog D, not 91'(NYC DIESEL?? HELLO) Not B(chems sister) or c because c doesnt look like any of the others, it has a more neon orangish hue to the whole plant, rather than the randomness that is chemdog(wierd color formations, and disgusting smells before curing and harvest, like you could puke.) and c is much more aromatic and sweet.
Not that HT is trustworthy at all, but they have an article w/ the breeder who gave it to GHS im pretty sure stating its the D line. (which is what Rez seeds uses for half of all of their chem crosses, Chemdog Double D, chem crossed with itself? im sure its good but wtf, id rather have D) its really just an endless journey because of all the hype, yet the clone only status of the original mothers and phenos, so there is a lot of bullshit out there, but i trust GHS more than any other seed co when it comes to genetics.

You can get a chem/haze/kush seeds---it's chemdawg x haze(F1-female)------kush(male)-------seedboutique. Chemdawg is clone only strain.

yeah, thats what their doin to get the seeds from the clone they got at Greenhouse. Theyre makin her pollenate herself.
N If anybody wants ChemDog D, then go check out BcBudDepot. They have The ChemDawg D strain available, n have had it for at least a month n a half now. I ordered a tenner a while back, n although im not plantin them bitches til i move into my new home, they DO look nice n fat. The seeds look fuckin Hella Healthy man, not like some breeders who have those tiny, underdeveloped seeds that look like fuckin specs of dirt (for instance, a G13 Labs Power Skunk seed or SS haze seed Vs. a White Widow or a Blue Cheese seed). I know that dont make a shit of a difference as far as quality of the actual turnout of the plant, but im just sayin the fatness of the seeds just makes them more sexy

i know, the seeds i got from one of my plants are nice and round, bigger than bbs easy and SO veiny, seeds are sexy. But no its not Chemdawg D i want, thats the other version there is no Chemdawg D, Chemdawg came from one of the orig phenos of CHEMDOG (first 6) along w/ diesel and kush(og and all) and elite genetics(the ones that provide BC w/ the CHEMDAWG Crosses(not true chemdog) its all like chem mixed with nyc diesel,

It was suppose to be out already but there waiting for the HTCC-08---You can qote me on this one but I would bet they are waiting to see how it fairs at the HTCC-08---If it takes 1/2/3rd you can bet they will charge an arm and a leg for seeds---The only way they can produce CHEMDOG is if it was selfed and they only sell fem-seeds of that strain--You damn well know it's not a true or IBL strain of chemdog if they sell reg seeds.

I have heard a story that the orginal chem . was bread in the hills of cali.by a cat that knows dj and soma and some of the older breeders.and that he still dose work.He takes years and years on a strain.Im saying one of the better breeders could geneticly recreate the orginal. One that knows this old man in the hills.Or one that has a eye for liniage.Are we sure greenhouse didnt take this route? I have heard this guy knew jerry garcia and orginally created it for him.I of course dont know if its true but i thought it was cool to share

Only time will tell--We'll have to wait to see what format they come out as and then try them out----There's a reason their holding out this long to release the chemdog seeds-I'm going to be in Amsterdam next week so I'll see if I can get some inside info.

They are probably holding out longer as part of the marketing plan,
1. Start a rumor
2. Release it as fact
3. Give it time to be spread around
4. then release the product
Seriously, it is all hard to tell except for Greenhouse has an excellant marketing company behind them or the Greenhouse owner is one smart dude.
Definitely let us know if you find out anything good.
