definintly. Ive never been in snow since ima flawda boy lol. But right now its just muggy and nasty here.

Rain + Hot = muggy
Muggy out = mosquitos
Mosquitos = pain in ass

Snow is cool when on vacation but not day to day life. I am from Boston and had my share. Now I am in Florida and I do not miss shoveling. I gave my brother my snow shovels and winter clothes when I moved down south.
