The master control was no good, so now I need to go grab another one, so electrical work is on hold until I have time to go grab the replacement. Start small... Well, my life has never been small, so I've lived the motto "Go Big, or Go Home", so why not stay the course. I still have to do duct work and get the carbon filters going, but while I'm doing that I'm going to start the germination process and get my babies going. Carmelisious & Master Kush are the 2 seeds I have, & I have 2 different clones (don't have the names for them, but have smoked both and it's not to shabby). When we carried the equipment into the house it was all in boxes, so even though in my head it was really hot, it had to be a normal scene of a person packed up in boxes and there it was. I did bring a T.V. in and have a couch that will be delivered in a week. I took my oldest son over to do the yard work, so hopefully all looks as normal as possible. Well alls well that ends well... Lets grow!!!

Well that’s how your first grow is going to be, plenty of stumbling blocks to test you.

But if you perpetually study you will be able to keep up with the curve, if not stay ahead of it.

And don't forget to post up pics.

View attachment 2618983image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg Busy day, all the electric is ran, all lights are up. Clone/Mothers room finished. Master panel and all ballast are installed. Carbon filters are placed where they will be. All that is left is duct work & ebb & flow trays. Moving right along...

Looks like a playground! Truly impressed with how it's coming together. You're almost to the exciting (first week or two), then extremely boring(rest of veg and begin of flower), exciting (buds getting nice), and finally boring (waiting for the trichs to turn) parts lol

Want my two pennies? I dont care im given em to ya ;) id loose the shower curtain, trim all that chain up. Cover the windows extra good asap. And wow, that is one hell of alot of light. Wow, seriously, kinda looks like you could run a whole line of sog dirt girls next to the tables ;) just sayin. Plant yesterday. You dont need anything besides a pen to check days off the calender right now to start, giddy up :):):)

Ninja has some real good points. Definitely make sure to get those windows completely covered. Great idea about running some soil plants around/in between those!

Ill take all the money you guys have to give, especially 2 pennies!!! That's absolutely an amazing idea, buckets with soil in between the trays!!! I'm doing as many as possible, anywhere the light touches, ill have a bucket. Let me ask this, the clones I have are water babies, so how do I make them dirt babies??? I do have that plastic for the windows, it's white on one side and black on the other, so 1000% that needs to be put up, just need to do it. I have the shower curtain up still to try a divide the bathroom-I have 2 of the T5 lights, so I can do clones & some mothers.-good idea or bad, or won't work????

Good idea. I'm fairly certain you can just transplant those waterbabes straight into soil, but be easy on the roots. I'm sure that kind of change is going to shock them a little. I would do some more research on how other people have made the process smoother

You might want to put some blinds in the window before blacking them out, just a thought.

A clone and mother area sounds workable to me.

Yup blinds or somthing else like bamboo roll first, then the panda film. And as for the clones and mothers, ive never really seen them seperated. Always just in the same room. Clones can go start to flip under 18/6 so why not right :) ive got mine under my 18/6 lights right now ;) instead of leaving them in the dark or shade for the first few days i just keep them far away from the light. Then when they root and come out of the dome i get them closer until theyre really close. Your setups more sophisticated than mine, im using t8s w two aquarium photosynthesis bulbs in there. Dont know if the make a difference cause i put them in there right off the bat and havent changed a thing cause it works right? Lol :):):)
