Its in a 3 gal pot and is grown in fox farm ocean forest soil under a 400w hps cool tube set up. I use advanced nutrients full line.

I'd say really good job, especially keep the planting green the entire grow. It has proved to be a very healthy and beautiful harvest.

I agree with the keeping the plant green comment. I'm guessing you have another 2 weeks though. If you don't have one already, get yourself a hand-held microscope with a light at Radio Shack or your hydro-store.....they're around $15. Depending on how much couch lock you want, wait until the first sign of amber before chopping. Personally I now chop at almost all cloudy....very little clear.

The buds will taste better if you let it go yellow at the end but it looks like you got some nice weight on that plant. What strain is it?

Its a mars og that istarted from seed. One day i went to the medi shop and i bought an oz and the very last nugg i smoked had the seed. Its getting so heavy all my branches have some type of support that i had to add during the flowering

Your doing great, don't worry about letting them go yellow. Some plants will turn towards the end others won't (unless you starve them). Just make sure you get a nice dry and cure and I am sure you will have some awesome smoke.

Personally I do not subscribe to the school of starving them at the end or adding any unneeded stress. Growing in soil the plants will take what they need as long as you don't over do it with food and nutrients you can keep em green! There are some great threads on drying and curing you should check out.
