It's a Boy

I see a ball on a stem. My inclination is that it's a male...But, whenever this happens to me, I want to deny it for awhile before I finally end up accepting it....lol.
I recently acquired some Afghan Feminized sativa and indica strains. So I can look forward to those. As for the regular seeds this one was the first one ever that sprouted and survived couple of over-watering sessions, others are few weeks behind before I can check their gender

They are your plants do as you like but I have had plenty of females with a few calyxes at various nodes some even producing a random viable seed
You seem set on removing it
No sweat on me and congrats on waiting an additional three days
I just don’t call it till I’m positive and typically a male is much more pronounced

I agree and I waited till I saw anything else. Here is the result. This is a different node of the same plant.View attachment 5227292
Wellllll....yeah, it's a male. :( It gets easier to accept, as time goes by, but no matter how long you wait, it's not going to change its sex.

I only grow 4 plants at a time and it's kinda heartbreaking to get males and have to see all the effort and tender loving care go into the garbage....unless you are intentionally growing for seed, of course.
On the other hand, whenever you grow a regular seed, you get to anticipate that you might get a really special and unique female plant. It's happened before and it will happen again! That's part of the fun...for me, anyway.

My first 8 plants grown. 7 males & ONE female. So don't feel unlucky ;-)
