Here's a question...

I ordered seeds from Oregon and shipped to Canada, they were mistakenly shipped to Thai Pai, then back to Canada. They were clearly opened by customs, both the outer pkg and each seed envelope had customs tape on it. The seeds were still there and were delivered. WTF? Either I got the dumbest customs officer ever, or should I be watching out the window for helicopters, like in Goodfellas???
