Issues with co2 burner

I have an autopilot co2 generator that runs on NG. It ignites and the igniter keeps going for 30 seconds and then it turns off and starts beeping. Anyone have a solution to my problem?

Size of your grow room, along with temps?

It’s 12x28 with temps around 79, 55-63% humidity. Burner worked fine for the last 8 months.

Sounds like a bad, disconnected or misaligned thermocouple. Basically the unit can't tell if the burners lit up or not.

Since it was working, I suspect the thermocouple failed unless you have moved a fan to where it blows the flame away from the thermocouple.

Might want to consult the owners manual to see if it has any info about the beep fault code.

I can’t find the manual for it. I was thinking something happened to the sensor and it’s not sensing the flame. Autopilots website is pretty much worthless and they have no contact info.

Using the model # I am sure you can google up a manual.

I had the same issue. Found out theres an open ground at the receptacle I plugged into. Must have been a surge in power that shorted out something in the generator. Sorry I dont have a fix for you. I also lost a $900 light. Check the wiring to the receptacle. Two wires is troulble, you need three. Black, white, and green.

Thermocouplers are usually easy and cheap.

It may have a photo sensor too that is dirty instead of the thermocoupler.

It doesn't show any replacement parts other than an ignition module and burner jets. It also has a tip over switch that may be stuck.
