Issues in flower

So I'm wrapping up week 3 headed into week 4 of flower and I had a few days (4 at the most) where I was maybe 5-10 minutes late on each occasion opening the tent and I had some leaf and bud burn result. Sick about this but nothing I could do to get home any faster. Just wondering how much damage I did and how to help my plant recover. I knew going in I'd have issues because she's grown too big for the tent so if I'm not home when lights come on to adjust things it gets ugly in there fast. Finally got heat and humidity where they should be but the proximity of the lights from the tops is an ongoing issue. How do we fix burned buds and leaves? Will she recover? Will she focus on lower growth?

Without pictures it's hard to do anything but speculate but I've scorched the tops before and they always did fine. You might want to turn off your timers and just turn the lights etc... on when you get home.

I like to run my lights while i sleep. I always wake up on time so i never need to hope my timer faulted or was late getting home. On that note it sounds like you should raise the lights or start pulling and holding down the taller points. Or lean them over but have a way to make it hold. In my opinion you shouldn't need to adjust everyday unless your process is all off. No grow space is too small if you watch it and LST.
If its not too stressed to hermaphrodite she'll continue all over except for the effected areas. Growth might be stunned so dont worry for a few days.
(Its a lot less stressful to be running late during the night cycle, sleeping in for 10 or even 30 mins from time to time probably wont hurt)
