Whenever I browse sites like this I use a VPN such as bestfreevpn.com, freeusvpn.com, etc. It's basically a shield that makes it appear as if your logging in from somewhere else. Legitimately they are used for corporations, per their design, the free websites are used for unblocking content. For example how schools/universities block certain websites. Or countries (such as china) block tons of content all together (like political stuff or anything defaming their government). When you log in to a vpn, and thus assume the ip address of the vpn server, theres little in the cyber world that links you to logging into that website anymore. Therefore for people who are being censored it unblocks a lot of stuff.
I suggest, scared or not about being tracked, discovered, etc - you use a VPN when exploring "risque" internet content - and also use other tools to void traces of those from your physical pc. For privacy sake.
