unless you can prove that all white people would be given the job over another race 100% of the time your generalized white privileged statement in incorrect

i have experienced the attempted effects of affirmative action, where race precedes individual ability
even with affirmative action they were unable to reach the required 60% black college admission rate here

I seen a white boy come in with a resume the fucking guy behind the counter threw it away as soon as the whitey walked out n a Mexican get hired with a reference phone number scrawled in crayon on a old receipt

The college was told to accept 60% black students, they were unable to achieve this because not enough black folk were interested
although i am sure in some cases on other subjects they were able to meet the 60%

Do you think it is right to exclude other students with a greater aptitude ( entry exam results) because of skin colour / race ?
