Is this WPM?

So here’s my 3 week old Gelato Og that’s in a 3g fabric pot with coco. At first I thought it was powdery mildew but I wasn’t able to find any picture online that looked like what my plant has. I read that high humidity can cause wpm but my rh hasn’t gone over 65% since the first week. Although last night when I did water her, my hand accidentally slipped and I ended up knocking her over with the stream of water which also caused to overwater but I picked her right back up and adjusted the soil around her. Could that still have something to do with this?

Nah. I don’t think so. It would be more fuzzy. That’s water stains or something.
