Is this the “CLAW” nitrogen toxicity

So in the beginning of July my skittle og auto sprouted. I’m using foxfarm trio at 1/3 strength planted in ffof I’m following the feed chart but I noticed week 2 1/2 white hairs started showing . How the hell is my girl flowering at 2 1/2 weeks im still following the fox farm feed chart now I think it’s nitrogen toxicity. Should I flush and start from flowering schedule? Or just move to the flowering schedule
