have to power 2 315w lec's 220v and additional 24A of led's. plus couple more 220v pumps, fans, etc. This has 5 banks, 2 220v with 4 outlets each, with 40A breaker per bank, then a dual, and Quad 120v with 60A for quad and 40A for dual. and an autopilot timer for the trigger cable. there's a heavy duty 4 prong plug and looks like 02 guage wire or close to! the wires as thick as a big sharpie marker! don't know much about electricity except for what not to do, mostly. please feel free to chime in and possibly save mine or any who's close enough by sleepings' well being or even life....

still unsure how to go about plugging in. how many amp breaker will it need? even if have to go directly into the main breaker panel, not sure what size 240 it needs? does it need 200 amp breaker since it has 200 amp total or just enough to cover the highest single output so would need 60 or what? please help

No it doesnt need a 200A you gave the answer in your original post. The way it looks like is the single pole 60A is for the 6 110v outlets and a double pole 40A for the 220 volt. That gives you 10A for each 110v outlet and 5A for each 220A outlet. That is the breakers for the main panel to this panel. If you are unsure of what you are doing call an electrician.
