Is this stem rot? Are these branches done for?

I noticed today one of my branches was dying, thought it was bud rot at first but I didn't see the fuzziness I usually associate with that so I clipped that off



Then I noticed some of my other branches have kinda the same brown look to them at the bases


Are these branches done for? The tops on these still look alright and the rest of my tops look just fine.


I'm considering just pulling the plug and harvesting it a little early, it looks pretty close to ready as it is.

My plants have the same browning on the stems. I don't think it's an issue. Do you see any white spots like powdery mildew? Could be Botrytis. I'd feed them one more week and flush em.
