Is this spider mite?

I showed some leaf photos to an expert who said he thinks I've got spiders. My lights are off at the moment and this was the only leaf I could get without light shining through.

Looking at the microscope photo, does this look like a mite? It doesnt move or anything, there are also a few small 'bubbles' on some other parts which I'm wondering if they're eggs?

It started off from a few yellow leaves now there are becoming more and I noticed what looked like nutrient burn but the leaves are raised in areas.

Sorry for the shit photos but its I have for now until the lights are back on and im pretty worried this could destroy my crop. 4 weeks in to flower!

aphids or thrips... but I would say thrips!

Are they bad? Any advice to tackle them?

I've just been studying a few of my leaves through the microscope and I cant find any insects. In guessing maybe it is a cross between nitrogen shortage and nutrient burn maybe
