Hi the drops on the plant is from standing outside it was taken before 6 this morning i don't overwater it I learned the hard way but I'm referring to the brownish color on the fan leaves

I would just let it grow. You'd be shocked at what they can withstand.
 
That's probably from temperature drop during the night. Mg def from low root temp when the shoot was created.
