I know its not what you want to hear but I'd say no, have a little patience and you'll be rewarded with some beautiful weed  she lookin lovely by the way :bigjoint:

It may be hard but you can persevere! Its not ready until almost all the trichomes are milky white, with some already turning amber. And its really not good to quick dry. drying takes 5-7 days and curing takes another week and a half plus after drying. If you try to quick dry you're gonna end up decreasing the potency as well as wreck the taste. Drying and curing slowly allows the chlorophyll to break down into natural sugars, releasing the true taste of the bud. It may take longer, but it is WELL worth the wait.

How big is the plant? What you can do is remove some smaller bud sites and put them in the oven for a few minutes on warm, let it dry then grind it and roll a joint. I tried it last week on a failing plant and I got a decent buzz from it. I ended up having to chop the plant early due to bugs....

you can do it if you feel you need to but think about how much your cutting off, if your plant is only gonna yield and ounce then taking a dime is kinda significant, however if its a QP or more then you can prob cut off a 2 gram nug from the bottom and dry it but you wouldnt be able to smoke it for 2 days at the earliest, i dont like the sound of this oven idea seems to desperate to me. but when the entire plant is done definately hang it until the buds are nearly dry then put most of them in mason jars to cure, opening each jar atleast once a day to release moisture. and keep accouple buds to smoke while your buds are curing. you WILL notice a difference in your cured and non-cured weed, the cured weed is so much smoother and the taste and smell have so much more depth than the regular dried bud
