Is This Section Of Buds Ready?//ANY HELP APPRECIATED

Hey y’all this my first ever grow outdoor, some delicious Fruity Pebbles, now I’m well aware I will have to harvest this plant separately because the sun light is super dilating and moves a lot over the day so half the section of the plant is way further in flower stage then the other half, my plan is once that half is done, I will harvest and then flip the plant to the sunny side to finish off that half of the plant! Now my question is, I have some photos attached below of the buds, are these buds ready to harvest tonight? Or should I wait one more week cuz I don’t see much white pistils?? Far from done.
That plant is re-vegging. A flowering plant goes back to veg as daylight hours increase. Last winter I grew some white widow indoors, harvested leaving a bit on the plant and placed outdoors for its second and final harvest just a few weeks ago.
How many hours of sunlight per Day in your part of the world right now.

Second reveg. I'd also double check how long days are. You might have to cover the plant if days are getting longer.

There are 9 hours and 44 minutes currently in my city where I’m living South Bay.

Can I see a photo of this plant? I would like to see a plant that has half the buds alot more developed than the other half.

Your plants aren't finished, the buds are tiny and they're revegging. None of that is good. The leaves look dark, so I assume the reveg is from too much nitrogen. I personally wouldn't bring anything inside. It's probably a lost cause. Don't be a narc.

Hey Jesus, have you forgotten to be patient with those who have sinned against you? Christ almighty, who made you God around here?

With that said, if you'd really like some help, you could give us some more details about your grow.
What strain?
What media?
What are you feeding?
What are your watering habits?
What is your light cycle?
and most important, what are your goals for your grow?
Have you ever grown anything else before? This hobby is an exercise in patience, but have some persistence and you will be rewarded.

All is not lost but i'd side with @PadawanWarrior and advise you to start again with the good support of this community. Recognise that like any community, there's a cross section of people here. Not all will be kind and generous. Get used to it.

How can I fix the revegging*? And if there’s no way should I just chop it then?

The only reveg I've done has been puposeful - revegging clones from a flowering plant. To my knowledge, stabilizing the light cycle is the primary way to correct it. You said it's an outdoor grow. Do you live in an area with a lot of artificial light at night? This can interrupt the dark cycle and may be the cause. Others here may have more input.

And i don't know about anyone else, but i see a lot of white pistils... If that was a normal healthy plant, i'd guess at least four to six weeks. Maybe longer if it leans sativa. Go grab some supper with the apostles and settle in for a long ride. Don't worry, it wont be your last. You'l be finished before Passover.
