Sooooo this is a purple lemonade auto by fastbuds. It’s been close to 70-80 days I’d say. The other plant same strain finished 1 week -2 week earlier. She looks like she’s fox tailing and ready to harvest but these white pistils are bugging me like she saying lwt me go idk? A y thoughts

Never personally grown autos before, but looks like you’ve got another 2 weeks at least. I recommend getting a handheld microscope, to view the trichomes. They will tell you exactly when to harvest!
Wireless Digital Microscope. Easy to use. Connects to your phone. https://a.co/d/gp9ypyB

Never failed me, but to each their own. Wouldn’t say it’s a horrible way though. What do you look for to determine when you harvest?

You still have a few weeks to go. Once the pistils are almost all brown and are receding into the calyxes then you're ready. The plant will put on a good bit of weight in the last of two weeks and you'll see the branches bending over and needing support. Harvest times from the seed breeder are a best guess if anything. They want to sell seeds so they offer as short of a window as it could be done in. Just keep it healthy and keep feeding it up to the end. Watch your humidity to help keep bud rot away with those thick colas too. You've done a great job to get it this far now be patient and let it ripen until it's done. Post some pics in a week or two and we can see how it's doing.

Awesome man thanks. It’s just strange cause I’ve heard some people say when the plant is done she will fix tail and keep producing new bud sites so I didn’t know since her sister got done so early I just thought maybe she was done and the light was making it fox tail
But everyone else is saying to wait so
I have no issues waiting it out another two-three weeks thanks for the advice!

Thanks for the advice I’m going to wait it out. This is why I am not a fan of autos to much they are to inconsistent for my liking. I’ve grown the same plant three times and each time it’s been different and no purple as it says so it’s whatever but very annoying when photos I have more control over. But takes longer. Got more stash now since I’ve been doing autos. Harvesting more.

The hairs are white, wait until they turn amber/orange before harvesting. Usually if you have lots of white hairs on the buds there is more time to go. Always confirm trichomes with microscope to check and make sure they're milky/amber. To me it looks like you've got at least 2 weeks to go.. Harvesting prematurely will reduce yield, potency & overall quality.

There are some pretty good auto breeders out there if you look. I've had great luck with Ronin Gardens, Magic Strains, and Gnome Automatics all available at DC Seed Exchange. I like to grow autos while my photos are vegging as I give my photos at least 60 days of veg time if possible. Most of mine finish around 90 days but some strains will take a little longer. I choose mainly indica strains so they usually have a pretty similar flower time. Plants that are foxtailing will look done mostly with a lot of brown pistils and then start throwing new calyxes and pistils, usually on top. It can be an indicator of too much light or just that your taking the plant far into bloom and it's genetics are prone to it. You can see how your plant is uniform in white pistil coverage. That shows it's not ready yet and just needs more time.

Oh okay sweet thank you for taking the time to help me. I appreciate all the advice brother. I’ll let that bitch go for another 2-3 weeks and see what happens with her.

Sooooooooo went in there to check out the plants and I think it’s safe to say she’s fox tailing. I’ll post pics when I get home shortly. She no longer has the uniformed bud look. It’s starting to shoot new bud sites off of it. Second auto that has done this to me. Maybe my lights are to low on them?
