Is This Pre-Flowering? 1st Time Grow.

The hairs pistols forming is pre flowering right? When should i switch to flowering nutes, or should i mix veg/flower. I'm growing Royal Dwarf Auto. Thanks.

Its 30 days old, and it has pistols on the main stem, its a feminized seed so.....but ive never seen a plant bud before, and i thought the pistols coming out of leaves (not really on the main stem) would be my future bud sites.

If it's a feminized seed the only other thing it could be besides female is a hermie...but fyi this plant is not showing sex..continue to be patient my friend
