Is this Plant too Small for 3 Weeks and are these Female Pistils already?

Here are some pics of my Super Silver Haze.
If these are in fact female pre-flowers, at what height should I start the Flowering stage? I only have 150cm to play with and they would be virtually touching the light at that height.

How tall do most wait until they grow, before going 12/12?

What light and ventilation are you gone use for flowering? Remember that plant will stretch twice as minimum after switching to 12/12. If you don't have cool tube then you have to leave some space between bulb and plant. But don't be afraid to train your plant. If there is enough space to sides, better try LST or SCROG. Sorry but I don't see any of pistils on your plant. They come out later.

Those pistils look like new growth to me man

yes they are a bit small and no there not pistils. pistils will come during flowering, there white and you will know what the are when you see them. as said above give us a little info on your setup and maybe we can help?

what your seeing is brand new branches theyl get bigger later on and you wont see a sex untill after youve switched to 12/12

Been using a 250W HPS from Seeds and have a CanFan RS150 Centrifugal Exhaust Fan. Temps been mostly 24-26 degrees, as high as 29 degrees a couple of times and lowest 21 degrees.
Using 24/0 method and those pics show a Hempy Bucket method and possibly the cause of my delay for action - a 15 Litre bucket which has taken a little while for the tap root to get down to the reservoir, which happened just over a week ago, so lots of action lately.
My cupboard is the following dimensions...

1.8 meters high x 1.2 metres wide x .5 meters depth (sorry that 150cm should have read 1500cm or 1.5 metres until it will hit the lights - whoops)

I possibly burnt the lower leaves by having the light a little too close and have backed it off to keep temps as close to 24 degrees.

Ahh, I thought I'd read that sometimes you see the sex prior to switching 12/12, I need to go and keep reading.
