Is this plant healthy?

This is my very first grow, and I am kind of just going with the grow, buying what I need as I go along. This plant is about 2-3 weeks old. It is growing pretty fast, but the first set of three fan leaves had these purple hole like at the ends from the beginning the leaves started to grow. All the other leaves are fine but I'm just nervous for it being my first grow. I transplanted way too early cause I planted in a really small pot mistankley without doing my research lol. So I'm kind of taking it a bit more serious cause I didn't think it would come this far. The two pics are a week apart.

What soil you in? Are you feeding already?

I used regular soil for a week the I transplanted into a bucket with black magic. The black magic had so much stuff in it so I didn't add manure but instead was thinking of using a compost tea in a couple weeks.

New growth looks better than older. Go slow on feeding.
