What grower doesn't own ph up/down?If you do not have a way to adjust the pH of the water then use household items vinegar for pH down and baking soda for pH up.

Soil ph is like a buffer . He want to raise the ph off is medium not is water .What difference does it make? If you get in a pinch there are alternatives. I am just trying to help.

No not in organic the input off your medium will make up your ph unless you have to much off ex: calcium in your tap it will raise your ph by limming your soil each time you water ...Well watering with correct pH is the first step wouldn't you say?

People have been using vinegar for years as pH down. Apple cider vinegar, distilled, white doesn't matter.
