Is this okay to harvest?

I planted a plant a few months back but didn't really know what I was doing(I've done a ton of research since then) So it immediately flowered as it matured. Now the days are getting longer and soon it will probably start to reveg. Does she look okay to harvest? Or should I leave her a little longer?
