Is this Nute Burn?? Should I flush? Please Help

Hey wats up guys? I'm starting to notice a slight problem on one of my plants. Its twelve days old and about 6-7 inches tall and I'm starting to notice some yellow spotting on the lower most leaves (first set). Both are starting to spot yellow and feel like they're starting to wither. They just got watered with nutes at 1/4 strength two days ago and thats the first time that they were soil fed. I foilage fed twice with a very very light nute mixture and just gave ph'd water up until now. I tested the soil ph on the day after nute feeding and it was at 5.2. Went out and bought a bag of dolomite lime today and came back and tested the soil again before i added it, and it was at 6.4 (wtf?). So since i bought the lime, I sprinkeled a light layer on the top soil and mixed it in the best i could without going too deep. I'm not sure what the problem is. I've read up on possible problems and it seems as if it could be alot of things so I'm kind of in the dark.

I checked the dampness of the soil and after 2 days, its still pretty damp less than an 1/8 in below the top soil. It stays about 80 degrees during light hrs (18 and around 60 degrees in dark hrs (6). The air here is relatively dry here this time of year so humidity levels are in the low to mid 30's. I dont have a monitor to check so I am not sure what it is in the grow space.

So my question is. If it is nute burn, and needs flushing, should I do it now even though the soil still seems quite damp? I'm hesitant to do it in fear of over watering. But it seems after the rate its been drying, it wont need watering for another 3-4 days or so. Would it be safe to let it dry out and contiue to decline until flushing??

Here are some pictures that I hope could better explain the situation. Also, here is a link to my journal for this grow which give some more info on growspace, lighting etc.

Somebody Please Help! lol

im a noob to growing but my jack herrer is at the exact same age as your lol, and i have a slight problem in that i have a faint green turning yellow patch, maybe a fly could have landed on it or maybe you touched it and your hands where dirty but it also could depend on the soil your using since you fed it nutes i havent introduced mine to any nutes, and well if its good with you so i can show you how my slight faint green patch looks like but i would love to know how your plant is doing so i can compare it to mine so i know im on the right track

Dude stop feeding! It's not showing any signs it needs food, it's over watered, those lower leafs that are twisting look like the soil is getting hot with your ph, test your run off. Since your soil is still wet after days of watering, pick out a bag of perlite, mix in a good amount into some new soil. Wait until the soil is almost dry with the plant and transplant. What soil are you using, did u test your nute mix b4 feeding, and you have a ph tester.? 12 days old is not old enough to feed added nutes. I wait normaly wait 3-4 weeks to feed. Most soil has enough nitrogen to feed for 3 weeks plus. Trans plant I to a 1 gallon pot for now

I have a ph tester pen. I think its call eco tstr ph1. By "hot" do you mean low ph? or high? Ive never tested the run off, i just stuck the pen in the soil when its good and moist and it reads about 6.4 ish. I've transplanted it once already about a week ago into a one gallon pot already. Should I do it again in that short window of a time? And I think the soil is still wet because I had the lil run off tray on it from last time I watered so I think it just may be using that water. I took it off btw.

I'm growing in Dr Earth Organic soil. I know ff soil is recommended, but I was unable to find any around my area. I checked with the people at the garden center and they said it had worm castings and pearlite and some other stuff in it. Is transplant my only option to save the plant? Could I flush thouroughly and kind of start over? If I do transplant, do I wait 3 to 4 weeks to add nutes since its going into fresh soil?

Forgive me if these all seem like no-brainer questions, this is my very first grow and I'm just tryin to figure all of this stuff out! who thought it would be this much work! lol
