Is this normal?

I put my seedlings in the dirt about 4 days ago, they came out strong but seem to be stretching out a ton. The only thing I have done is put them in bigger pots and fill in dirt because I dont think I planted deep enough. I use Pete moss pots so when i transplant i dont disturb roots. My only thought is lighting my issue? I have a led grow light that gives 1000lms and 100w 3000k bright white led lamp. I will be upgrading soon. Tell me what you think

Stretching at this point is from weak light generally.

A good CFL placed close is perfect. Don’t sunburn it. When you transplant simply bury the stem up to the leaves. You’ll be fine.
 
Stretching is an indicator of several things. Poor light quality, Poor light intensity, Insufficient Light Hours, and/or not enough wind.

I'm going to get a good CFL in there at some point today. I have them on 18/6 so I dont think that's the problem. Might add foil to the walls but that should of been done before I even started.

yeah i need to get a smaller fan, thats probly why my plants arent doing so good. Might have to start again. I also mixed the soil i bought with stuff that looked good from the forest which im thinking was a bad idea..

What kind of forest? If it's a coniferous forest with pines, firs, etc... the soil can tend to be rather acidic. That's why some people use pine mulch for plants like blueberries that like acidic soil. Here in the woods in Oregon the wild Rhododendrons thrive in the coniferous forests as they grow fine in an acidic soil. Other plants don't do so well. Cannabis is one of them. One way to tell would be to do a slurry test of the soil you collected so you'll know if the pH is acidic and you can adjust accordingly. Forest soil can be a good addition but you have to consider what changes it might make to the soil.

It has all different kinds of trees, but i made sure no pines or anything were around i do know about them being acidic. I grabbed mostly really old decomposed trees that were basically dirt. Its all basically layers of dead leaves until you get to some really dark soil. Also i used water from the creek out back that looks really clean to germinate the seeds and water them. I should of just used the soil i had and tap water along with a better light. Idk if these are going to make it unfortunately.. and i pllanted way too fkn many

They should make it. Creek water probably isn't bad just don't use it for hydro since it has all kinds of organisms in it. That's what stealth growers have been using for decades along with the Mexican cartel growers that were growing in the woods of California and Oregon before cannabis was legalized.
