is this normal?

ok im new here and not sure how fast the groth should be at this point.
i germinated my seeds then placed them in little solo cups for about a week or so give or take a day.
then i trans planted them in to there 5 gal homes
they have been vegging in the 5gal for a week today
they are under a 400w mh.
they are roughly
7-8 inches wide (tips of leaves on both sides)
4-5 inches tall (top of soil to top of main stem)
and have a total of 8 branches coming off of main stem..
is this normal at this point?
or are they growing a little slow?
any input is great

better than im doing n im on 19 days. Ph will screw you over if you dont watch it. definiately not something to procrastinate either ha ha

They sound fine to me man. Mine are very simular under a 250 mh. Metal Halhide usually grow tighter noded plants and usually short. They will stretch out when you switch to HPS.
