Is this normal? No visible buds on budlet but several orange hairs & trichomes are white but not clear and not amber

Hello,

I don't see any buds on these budlets but there are several orange hairs. I used a 420Scope to observe the trichomes. The trichomes are are not clear & they were white. I did not notice any amber coloured trichomes. None of the leaves are yellow at this point. It has been 113 days since the seed was planted in soil and 46 days since I switched to the 12/12 light cycle. I stopped adding nutrients on October 19 2019. I have not flushed my plants yet. Is it normal that I don't see any buds at this point or are the buds very small? Also, would it be time to harvest?

The buds should swell in time. They need another 2 or 3 weeks.

Probably just a variety or phenotype with a lot of pistils. I wouldn’t worry about it.

I wouldn't stop feeding her just yet, as others have said she is still at least 2 or more weeks out, but when you do feed her, please try to lay off the nitrogen, as she looks like she is getting to much right now...

Those things are buds. If it’s not a stem or a fan leaf it’s a bud. Like others have said, resume feeding for a couple more weeks or so. It looks pretty good though good job. Oh ya forget about that trichome monitoring nonsense.

I’ve been forced to cut chop a lot of immature outdoor weed this year due to weather and it does seem more energizing... After a couple decades of smoking weed I am finally noticing differences between strains, LOL. I grew up in the 90s when you just bought whatever the dealer had and I never really gave it much thought, but I’m assuming early/late chopping has an influence on final product, as does variety obviously...
