Is this normal for leaves to fold towards the end of light schedule?

So my leafs start to fold towards the last 4 hours of the light schedule. I have my 300 watt Mars hydro Tsw 2000 at only 20% at 36”. Climate is 79F 70 % R.H. Fox farms happy frog. Here is a picture when the lights come on compared to a hour before the lights go out. Thanks.

I dont see anything abnormal. That plant looks big enough to handle more than 60 watts at 3ft imo though
