Is this light enough?

Ok, so I managed to make a mistake when buying the bulb.

I did buy Sylvania 600W SHP-TS GROLUX instead of SunMaster 600W AGRO Dual spectrum (I wanted a dual spectrum so I won't bother with changing the bulb when flowering and all that) , and after abit of research about this SHP-TS from Sylvania it came out that it is improved for the blue spectrum also.

So, the question is: is this bulb suitable for the whole life of my babies? seed->veg->flower?
Do I need to supplement light for other spectrum ?

Thanks in advance!

well Sylvannia is a main stream illumination company not known AT ALL for being MJ grow Gurus, with all that being said, why not add a cheap 150 watt CFL ? they can be had for 20 bucks, or 12 euros dpends where the bud grower is from

So , you're suggesting to add some 150 watt CFL with blue-white spectrum?
I want to mention that the area is ~20 sq feet.
