Is this just heat stress?

I currently have 4 plants running in my tent and I'm having a hard time keeping the temps down this run since I moved the tent into a hotter room (not by choice) and I can tell it's been slowing down the growth. But along with that 1 plant looks like its leaves are blistering and is a little droopy even though it should not be thirsty wondering if that is just part of the too much heat or what.

Heat stress is usually accompanied with tacoed leaves, I see none of that

Looks more like you have some issues in the root zone to me.

I just transplanted they were pretty root bound may be what you're taking about
