Is this idea worthwhile or worthless?

My apartment is on average pretty chilly. My veg box in the closet uses CFLs, so the heat is not very intense.

If I put a micro space heater which I can set the temperature setting on to 70 degrees perfectly, is it a good or bad idea to put in the box?

I would not put it in the box myself, I'd put it heating the air that is to be drawn in by the intake fans.
