Yeah agreed just pull them off... I got a hermie once and pull those suckers right of em

if there are only a few... that is feminized pollen and will make female seeds. I personally would tape a bag around those balls and collect the pollen, then bring it to a different female plant a dab on a few of the lower branches to make my own fem seeds. But in your case I would say rip them off. It takes alot of pratice to get only a few seeds on selected branches. if your not careful you'll have seeds everywhere, and it ruins your bud. good luck!!
