Is this heat stress?

Right ok Thanks guys, Much of slightly touched the bulb when I was moving them around checking over them and watering them the other day, dam.
Hope it'll be ok.

I dont think they meant the plant just touched the blub for a few seconds while you were moving them around, they are saying the leaf rested up against the bulb for an extended peroid of time like hours or a day

dosent take hours or long days to do that with hid bulbs. but yes i didnt mean a few seconds or few minuites. 5 or 10 min while working in the room may have done it. put the inner forearm on the bulb and see how long before you get burnt to....lol
